Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and ship out within 1 business day. Often, your order will be packaged and shipped the same day! Everything you see on the site is in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, we will replace it with the most similar pattern available.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

USA:

Orders over $49 USD ship free!
Orders ship via USPS with tracking and insurance.
Arrival is typically 2-7 business days.
Orders less than $49 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping.

Canada:

Orders over $99 USD ship free!
Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking and insurance.
Arrival is typically 4-10 business days.
Orders less than $99 USD will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping.

International:

We ship worldwide
A flat rate of $20 is applied for all international orders (outside US & Canada)
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS International
Arrival is typically 1-3 weeks depending on location

Please be aware that Eddy Outfitters cannot be held responsible for any taxes or import duties that may be applied on international orders.

Delays occurring in transit are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the courier. Please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number regarding issues with delivery.

In the case of lost packages, Eddy Outfitters will replace the order at no expense to the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products at Eddy Outfitters. If there is a problem with your order for any reason, we will gladly offer an exchange, or refund the full purchase price, less shipping if applicable. Just send an email to info@eddyoutfitters.com with your order number to initiate this process! We will do everything in our power to make things right :)

We accept all items for refund or exchange 30 days after purchase.

Use and abuse our flies for 30 days, if you are not satisfied with the quality for any reason we will offer you a 100% refund/exchange!
